Our Team
The Social Circle team is comprised of compassionate and caring clinicians, including physical and occupational therapists, speech pathologists, RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, all of whom work under the direction of your private physician. Our entire staff of dedicated professionals treat all patients and residents holistically, engaging them physically, mentally and spiritually to help maintain physical function, self-esteem and emotional well-being.

Kimberly Harris, a native of Virginia, holds a master of arts in humans services and counseling. She has been in health care for 10 years, with five in long-term care. Kimberly is licensed as a nursing home administrator in Virginia and Georgia. Serving others is her passion, especially the vulnerable populations of children and geriatrics.

I’Wanna Burton holds a master’s degree in accounting. She has worked in health care since 2004, and the world of health care has been such a journey. Understanding the importance of providing assistance to those in need has always been her passion, and it wasn’t until she began working in long-term care that she understood the depth of what it means to love beyond the surface. In her role as the HR and payroll director, I’Wanna provides assistance to staff and residents.

Jeremy has been a therapist for six years. He truly enjoys working with the elderly population. There is a lot of wisdom and real-world experience to be gained simply from spending time with them. He says working in a skilled nursing setting is the best decision he’s made.

Social Services Director
LaToya Bobo holds a master’s degree in public health administration. She chose long-term health care because she loves working with people. Everyone needs someone to care about their needs and expectations. In long-term health care, there is always a need. She enjoys being able to work with residents and their families to ensure all of their needs and expectations are met.
